Terms of Service (ToS)

When contacting me for an order, you confirm you've read and agreed with those conditions:

★Payment via Paypal or SumUp (SEPA bank transfers also are an option )
★ Payment after I accept the commission
★ The artwork won't get started before the payment
★ You will get sent an invoice via mail/your desired contact
★ Commissions take time, unless a deadline is stated and an emergency fee is paid
★ No refund unless the artwork doesn't get delivered
★ Provide necessary information and preferably visual references
★ I won't mimic other art styles
★ The illustration still belongs to me (MAJArtsy) and I may use it for promotional purposes
★ Any usage of my (MAJArtsy/IAnEart) works in blockchain-related technology (NFTs, cryptocurrencies or inventions of the same nature) is forbidden
★ You have the right to repost artworks you've commissioned from me as long you credit my Twitter and/or Instagram (MAJArtsy)
★ Contact me via the commission form linked down below
★ I have the right to turn down any commission
